After Re-init variations products on category pages disappear

  • After I re-initiated the variations, everything seemed to work. However, on the category pages, the products disappear after a few hours. The site is available in both English and Dutch, with Dutch as the main language. When you switch to English, it seems to work just fine, but on the Dutch site, it does not. The shop page itself works correctly; the issue is only on the category pages. The site is built with Divi and the Divi Builder.

    Hi Janilyn,
    Thank you for the response. That is because I installed another plugin for testing. I activated your plugin again.

    If you take a look at the website now, then you  can see on the dutch site the products are not shown on the category pages.

    For example: https://philips-media.com/product-categorie/geheugenkaarten/

    When I Re-init variations then the products show up again for couple of hours.

    Hi @dexxonmartin ,

    When I checked this today, I can see that the English page displays products properly. Only the Dutch page shows nothing.

    If you are using an external plugin for translating products, maybe you can check the translation to be sure that they are connected to the original product properly.

    If not, please make sure caches and temporary files are removed before you make some tests.
