After Quick Edit, columns layout is messed up

If I add a number of custom columns with this plugin for a post type, and then I click the Quick Edit link in the listing table and hit the Update button, the columns layout afterwards appear messed up with some columns disappearing and other “merging” with others.
Is this a bug?
