    can you please give us a bit more details on what the situation is that you are experiencing? Also: in the end, any merchant has got their own ways of handling open orders, so our answer will not be the only answer possible.

    Since we have implemented your solution, when the user makes the payment with both paypal and credit card, the order does not go into the processing status .. as if the notification does not work

    can you also tell me what the status is that the order is being set to? And is there only 1 or does it go from pending to failed or something like that? This could be related to an issue we are working on, but we need to get more details.

    Good morning,
    Many orders remain awaiting payment despite the payment being made (they do not go into processing status). Many, however, fail to make the payment by card always goes into failure of the order.

    For the moment I pause the plugin and in case I reactivate it when you troubleshoot

    I think this case is related to an existing bug we are working on “PayPal payments successfully captured, but Woo status remains unpaid”. I have linked this thread under this bug, so will get updated once any workaround or fix is available for you.

    Let me know if you have any additional details/logs for our investigation on this case or if you believe this is not related.
