After Paragraph Mobile Ad Not working

I’m using “Ad Inserter” version 1.5.4
The problem I’m having is displaying an Ad that I have set for ALL devices, on my mobile. The Ad is suppose to show after the 4th paragraph from the top and it works great on the Desktop, but does not show up at all on mobile.

I try to update to the latest version 2.0.12 and it just gave me an error in the Ad Inserter settings. My backend WP just froze and I couldn’t do anything. I have left it that version (1.5.4) because is the one that works best for me. Just notice that the issue I described above is not working. Is their anything else you could do that could help the Ad become visible in mobile?
