After Moving WP to root Posta and Pages only show titles

  • I moved my WP files from a directory within my root directly to my root directory. After the move the posts and pages for my site only show titles and no content. Also when attempting to add new posts or pages, I do not get any help buttons (TinyMCE) above the editing box, and I cannot use the Visual editor at all. Everything mus be done in the HTML editor, and must be frequently saved or it is difficult to edit. I get the same error when I change templates. My site is:

  • Deactivate your plugins temporarily and see if it helps.

    That solved the problem of the posts and pages appearing with full content. I still can’t edit the pages and posts visually, and I lose them unless I hit “update.” But everything is good for me for the time being. Thanks a million for the quick response!
