After moving WP post to Custom post type, Category value still keeped.

  • I transferred post from other blog.
    One Category articles moved to a custom post type.
    And then, Posts keep category data.
    I want only using Custom taxonomy.
    I wonder, So I check it in MySQL.
    It show a Custom post type post has both Category and Custom taxonomy term.
    So, I delete Category from MySQL.

    Any other better solution?
