After Migration Trouble

Hi,
I just migrated everything to the new Jigoshop eCommerce and there are some major issues for us. These problems are occurring on our development site – Dev.SimpleBeadPatterns.com. The site that’s still running the old Jigoshop is SimpleBeadPatterns.com.
1. When I click on a specific order on the order page (Order #_), the order details are not showing on the next page. Instead, I just see something like “Order – March 18, 2017 @ 07:52 PM” at the top and a completely gray screen below it. I can send you a screenshot, if you’d like.
2. I use shortcodes to list my products on different pages. The shortcodes are not working – it’s showing the shortcode text itself, not any actual products. I really, really hope shortcodes still work with this new version of Jigoshop!
3. I tried editing a product by making one change to the wording in the description text box and clicked update. Then, the products name suddenly changed to have a hyphen in it (“Bohemian Summer” to “bohemian-summer”), my entire description was deleted, the excerpt text was copied into the description and it says “View Post”, instead of “View Product”.
4. There is only one featured image per product – my galleries of images (the small pictures underneath the featured image) are not showing anymore, on any of my products.
5. When I make a test order with one of my free downloadable items, it’s sending an order confirmation email that has absolutely no formatting to it, there are lots of brackets, without the populated information, it says “Current order status: [order_status]”, even though it was a completed order (shown on the orders page as completed) for a free item, and there is no download link for the customer.
6. I am unable to get a coupon code to work.
7. I do see all of my products on the products page, but when I use the Jigoshop product search widget, I can only get it to show two products, no matter what searches I try. And, when I do a search, the right side bar of the page completely disappears.
8. The Jigoshop buttons are blurry – like the “Add to Cart” button. Is that a Jigoshop issue or theme issue?
9. On the “Theme Options” page, under the Extra Header area, I used to have a check box option that says “Jigoshop is installed. Would you like to show a mini cart here instead?” I don’t have that option anymore. Is there anyway to get that back?
10. On the Shop page, which is how I can see all of my products right now (I usually just use shortcodes), the products with short names fit on the same line as the price, and the products with longer names do not. Is there a way to make it so that the price is always on the second line, and not ever in the first? Ideally, I will all the pictures were in line with each other and the text in line with each other. Is that possible?
11. On the My Account page, is there anyway to get rid of the “Unpaid Orders” section? I have a feeling that would trouble my customers.
12. Products are showing “In stock”, even though I set it to “No” for “Stock Management – Enable for all items” under Jigoshop settings. Is there anything else I am supposed to do to remove the “In stock” text from each product?
13. When I click on “Discount Summery” under reports, it takes me to a blank page. Otherwise, the reports seem very detailed.
I know this is a long list of problems – the most important issues are at the top of the list. Our website is our sole source of income, and this update is affecting us greatly. Could you please help us fix these issues with this new Jigoshop eCommcerce, and anything that’s a theme issue, please let me know? If we can get these issues resolved, I’m sure this new Jigoshop eCommerce will be a great improvement (it seems faster, too – which is super important!)
