• Hi Team,
We have migrated the hosting to Kinsta, because of that ,the images are not getting loaded.

We have used the “DigitalOcean Spaces” earlier.

If can have a look and let us have the best solution.
    Thanks,

What is an example broken image URL, and what did you expect it to be?

Did the site’s domain change when moved?

Did you update all the local URLs in the content when migrating the site with something like WP Migrate?

We have recently changed the Hosting provider and hence for now, we are trying to make the website work on the staging first and then we will completely move it to Kinsta and at that point of time the domain will remain the same only.

Here is the live site URL: https://www.shadesofindia.com/

So we need to make all the images work the similar way its getting loaded on the live website to the staging.

Kinsta has only helped getting the Site Migration done.

Hope above makes sense. Let me know if you have any further questions for the same.

If the content in your staging site is still using the live site’s domain name, then WP Offload Media will not recognize those URLs as belonging to the current site, and will not rewrite them.

You can either fix your staging site so that all its content uses the domain it is being served from, e.g. use WP Migrate or Better Search Replace to replace “//www.shadesofindia.com/” with “//shadesofindia.kinsta.cloud/”, or add “www.shadesofindia.com” as an extra domain to be rewritten via our filter:

    Hi Team,

As you know right now,the images are coming from the plugin “WP Offload Media Lite”.

We want to change it as we want images to come from our media library.

Can you please guide us here with steps/manuals?

Let me know if you need any detail.

    Thanks,

We want to change it as we want images to come from our media library.

Go to the Delivery tab On the WP Offload Media settings screen, and turn off the Deliver Offloaded Media toggle. That will prevent the URLs for your media library images from being rewritten and the local URLs for your images will be used instead.

Note that if you have any page caching solution in place, you may want to flush the cache after turning this setting off.

Thanks for your reply, we have followed the steps as you have mentioned.

Although the plugin stopped delivering images, we still didn’t get all of them back into the media library.

Can you please let us know how can we get them back?

    Thanks,

@priyazes not sure I understand the question, please can you rephrase and expand the question?
