After Migration All UM Forms Not appear

    Hi @hookture,

    Firstly, please check that you have your form shortcodes on your pages.
    Secondly, go to the Ultimate member -> Settings -> Setup and make sure that you’ve correctly assigned pages there.
    You can also try to delete and then create new pages and see if it helps.
    Please try to do a conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with other plugins or your theme. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.
