    Hi @osmantarar,

You can enable “Action to be taken after login – Refresh active page” in Ultimate member -> Settings -> user roles -> your user role e.g. Member.

Actually i did that but when user login it refresh that login page which shows username etc. But not to that page which user clicked login or register link from…

changing settings for user roles doesn’t have any effect. Go to the form itself and change it from there
Ultimate Member > Forms > [login form you want] > edit

On the right side under options > Redirect after login select Refresh Active Page.

Now this will create a new issue for you. That is if you have a direct link to login page, when a user is logged in he/she will be redirected to the login page itself again. To work around this you will need to create 2 login forms. One to place it in pages, posts …etc. And another one to be placed in the login page. This is the setup I have used. I hope this is useful to you.

There is a default option that I don’t know where it gets its values from. I never worked for me. So select any other option that works for your need

Welduae! Thanks and That is a good idea, but there should be a valid function to do that it is necessary, if someone register or login to comment to a post but after logged in he lost that post will he/she finds that post again to comment…

@osmantarar There might be a way to do it properly but I can’t see how. This is a question for the developer.

I didn’t get your point regarding commenting

@welduae-1! I meant to say that if someone is reading any blog post on my site, and he/she wants to comment it, i configured to require login to comment. And when he/she will click login or register to to comment, when he logged in and will not be redirected to that blog post. He/she will not try to find that blog post to just comment. So there must be a way to redirect to the previous page where a user click login/register link from…

I see what you mean. I am not sure how that will work. The way I did it is with Elementor and Dynamic Content plugin. Now this is not ultimate member issue anymore.

@welduae-1 can you plz briefly tell me how is this possible? Or how you did that? I am new so i need brief explanation plz.

Coming to think about it now. My way will hide the comments all together for non logged in users. If that is ok with you, what you can do is have 2 sections. One for non logged in users that will display the login form and other to display the content or the comment widget. And then you the visibility option to set which role can see what.
