    Hi guys,

I have Newsletter installed on one of my client’s blogs and every now and then I send out a newsletter on her behalf.

Since upgrading to 5.1.2, I haven’t been able to send one. The Newsletters list shows “Sending” in the Status column and there is a permanent 0 of 0 in the progress column. Which is weird, because she has 44 confirmed subscribers.
Cron is running (I have Advanced cron manager installed and the newsletter job runs every 5 minutes as expected).
I paused the job to send another test to myself – the test sends just fine.

Please help – my client really wanted her newsletter to go out today as she has an art exhibition in 5 days time.

    Cheers,
    Min

Sorry, an update, because I’m trying various things.
I had to go into the Targeting tab, and select the three gender options (physically ticked Women, Men, Not Specified). Then it updated the “Approximated subscribers count” to be the correct number of subscribers, and when I Continued the send the Progress column then updated to 0 of 42, instead of 0 of 0. The next time the cron job triggered, mail started sending.

Hopefully this will help anyone else having the same issue!

    Cheers,
    Min

Hi, we’ve found an issue on gender selection, should be fixed on latest versione (5.1.3).

    Stefano.
