After installing plugin, LearnDash Pages not editable

After installing the plugin and activating the Redirect UnRegistered Users module, I attemtped to set the redirect url, but after saving the course, any attempts to edit the course throw a fatal error (details below) and the course is no longer editable, even after deactivating and deleting the Uncanny Toolkit plugin. All other courses that I did not attempt to edit after installing the Uncanny Toolkit plugin continue to behave normally. Here are details of the error from the debug.log file.
