After installing plugin I got PHP error

    Hi,

    After Installing plugin I got an 500 error i contact to host provide they removed error, after 5 minute its again appear host said its comes from an plugin which is EWWW image optimizer I delete plugin and folder of ewww from root but that error not gone what can i do for the solution please help me about it.
