• Hi!

    I was about to buy the pro-version because in general I like this plugin.
    Problem is that many pages suddenly give an error message, or it freezes and we have to refresh it.

    It′s a bit difficult to expolain:

    Every once in a while all my open WordPress pages dissapear as if there is something wrong:
    “Site not reeachable”

    So annoying. I hoped finally to find teh prefect chat.
    Also sometimes the soudns doesnt play when a chat comes in although I activated it.

    There is no PRO version, the plugin is completely FREE!

    Have you started experiencing these errors after installing this plugin? If you disable it do they go away?

    Hi!

    Ye sindeed. I never received this error messages.
    For example: I want to edit an old post. Then I save it and it gives the message (my Chrome is Dutch) Page not available.

    I need to refresh or open the page in another tab and it works again but it did not save my post.

    When I disable your plugin everything is fine again.

    I tried to disable other plugins to see i?f there is any conflict, but it does the same.
    Its a pity because its a great plugin.

    – Are you using the On-Premise or the Cloud mode? (You can find this under Settings -> Advanced Features)
    – Do you have the option “Enable chat dashboard and notifications on all admin pages” enabled?

    First of all, great for the quick help!

    I have 3CX High Performance Cloud Servers enabled. The other one makes the site very slow.

    And Yes I have that option on.

    If you mail me I can let you in if you want and have the time for that ofcourse?

    Can you please disable the “Enable chat dashboard and notifications on all admin pages” option and see if that makes any difference? I suspect that the plugin may be generating more requests than what your server/site is configured to handle thus you get those errors. Keep in mind that we are already working towards optimising the plugin for performance in upcoming releases.

    Okay, I just disabled it.
    Now shall I wait to see it it keeps happening?

    Yes please, keep it disabled and monitor it. It should make a difference. Now if that difference is enough to keep the errors away, only time will tell ??
