After installing my website doesn’t load properly

    After configuring plugin I attempt to access my site and receive the message:

    “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[….wp-chatbot/inc/class-hitcc-shortcode.php on line 18”

    Stops my website from functioning, above message is just shown on a white screen.
    How do I fix this?
