• Hi,
    I’m using wordpress MU.
I have a problem with the bol.com plugin on my subdomains.
It works fine on my main domain, but I had to delete it in order to get one of my subdomains back.
It seems like the plugin doesn’t function well with the theme I use on my subdomains.

I have tried to activate it on two of my blogs (sub domains) and both gave an error or blank page after activating the plugin. Couln’t even access the wp admin of those two sites.
I had to delete the plugin from the main network in order to get my blogs back.
I decided to just start with the plugin on my main domain, as it worked there. I only activated the plugin for the main domain (so no network activate). i implemented a few widgets and it seemed to work fine. Untill I found out one of my subdomain were blank again.
Deactivated the plugin on the main domain, but this didn’t help.
Had to remove the plugin (delete it) from the main network.

After that the subdomain was back on.
What can be the problem? The subdomains have the hickery theme:https://themeforest.net/item/hickory-a-wordpress-magazine-theme/5437524

    Hi,

Thank you for supporting this problem. We have not tried the plugin on a MU WordPress installation yet and it is currently not supported.

There are a few things that you could check:
    – When you install the plugin on multiple websites you need to have different API keys and partner id’s for the different domains.
    – You can check the errors that you get on ‘and both gave an error or blank page after activating the plugin’.
    – You can check or your theme is supported by setting up a single WordPress installation and using the themeforest theme. If you have any trouble with the theme can you provide a detailed error report?
