• After installing and activating the Ocean Extra plugin on WordPress I get the below error on the homepage:

The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions

I am on the latest version of WordPress and also have OceanWP theme active.

    Nothing else.

    Hello,

Try to follow the below steps and see it fixes the issue or not.
    1. Update PHP version if it is not PHP7
    2. Increase the memory limit to 512M or higher – https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/56-increasing-memory-limit-to-php
    3. Disable all plugins except Ocean Extra and check it works or not
    4. Update all the plugins and theme to the latest version
    5. Go to Theme Panel > Scripts & Style, disable all – save settings, then enable it again. Clear cache and check it works or not.

I have been having a play around, and the only way I have been able to get this to work is by installing WordPress 5.1 and not updating to 5.2.2

It seems that this plugin is not yet compatible with WordPress 5.2.2

We were using 5.2.2 and upgrade to 5.2.3 without any issue. Can you provide the error log so that I can check it?
