    Hard to see the problem when it’s not active.

    Can you post a screenshot? Or even better, a staging website with the plugin active?

    I could check the issue by setting the css for the banner to visible.

    What I can see, is that your theme throws in a huge amount of very generic css, like button[type=submit]

    As these are so generic, they get applied to the banner as well. But the css that’s being applied is really not suitable for such generic application, as you can see.

    Maybe it’s best to contact your theme developer about this. If they want they can contact us to look into it.
