after installing 5.3, Dashbord appearence problem

  • Hello, there!
    I am new here.
    I have installed via ftp following the instractions and got a message that the istallation was successfull.
    The problem is that my dashboard has no design. Is just html and some buttons.
    I have not install any plugin or theme. I can not do anything.
    I don’t know if it’s related, but my domain is test-domain and in not visible on internet.

    Please active default 2020 theme and recheck, it should be a problem from your theme.

    Also, you can sign out, clear cache of browser, and try again.

    If not fixed, check your browser console and share your logs here.

    Hello again.
    I have done all you suggested with no result.
    I have, also, delete all files on server, and the database, clear the cache and run the installation again, but I have no success.
    I stil have no design.
    What you mean: “check your browser console and share your logs here”.
