After installing 10web booster sub menu and booking widget do not show

Will you please enable 10Web Booster back and connect the website back to 10Web Dashboard? After it is successfully connected, please, enable Test Mode. When the Test Mode is enabled, your live website will return to its original state, deactivating any optimization done by the booster and reversing any issues caused by the 10Web Booster.

To enable the test mode:

1. Log in to your 10Web account
2. Click on the website where you want to enable the test mode
3. To the left of the dashboard under Website Booster click on Frontend > Settings tab
4. In the Test Mode section, click the toggle
5. Click on Enable to activate

Once done, please kindly let us know so our team could troubleshoot your problem ASAP.

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I will be happy to try to do that, however this morning I was reading some info and I learned about the test mode and I tried it, but the problems didn’t go away.

I will try once more and let you know what is happening

I did reactivate the plugin and it is in test mode now

One more thing, the homepage:

no more submenu

no more booking widget

and all the background images, which usually have a paralax effect are steady they don’t scroll

I have deactivated smush, but the problems are still there:

• No sticky menu
• no submenues
• no paralax bg pictures
• no booking widget

Actually, I decided to give it a better look, maybe your plugin was also conflicting with SG optimizer.

Since I deactivated it some problems were solved, however the parallax pictures still don’t work

Unfortunately we are not able to clear your website cache. Will you please install Cloudflare plugin and connect it with your CF account so that we can clear the website cache?

I have my website on cloudflare, so I am not sure how the CF plugin will work.

But I have cleared the cache on WP, on CF several times, I just did it again in this video https://www.dropbox.com/s/oxjwstma41taub4/IMG_5320.MOV?dl=0.

I clear the cache on my browser every time, I just did it in this video https://www.dropbox.com/s/ln819cdb9n21yp2/IMG_5321.MOV?dl=0.

As you can see the parallax pictures do not work, but only on the front page, as soon as I move to another page all is working.

Any other hint?

Thanks for the details.

We identified the existence of Cloudflare cache from your website header and that’s the only reason we asked you to activate the plugin. When you install Cloudflare plugin and connect it to your existing CF account, it will activate the cache purge. Thus every time we clear the cache from 10Web Booster, it will also clear CF cache.

Please, note that installing CF plugin will not have other side effects on the website.

Unfortunately without being able to clear the cache, we are not able to check and make sure weather our changes on Booster solves your issue or not.

I did installed, activated and linked the CF plugin and purge the cache.

Parallax effect doesn’t work yet, maybe I ma not good at it.
