After installed the plugin did not work

If iam not wrong teh plgin must import facebook comments on any of my pages in my site, isnt?

I just checked import for that link on my site, and it works fine. Maybe is there some kind of conflict with some another plugin or something like that. Can you please contact me by email, it would be great if I can check directly on your site what is happening.
