after installation of dmsguestbook i've got guest page with css code only!

I am having the same issue. Just updated the plugin and trying to configure. I get the same message – except now I have nothing. ??

hi, the solution is restoring an original code from default template. i did it and it helped me. as far as i understood, plugin corrupted the page.php file. On record page template it didn’t affect.

well, i restored files and tried to repeat all the actions again hoping that everything will be ok. So it worked for me ok (i saw the guest book page with normal form), but after changing the priority of position of form (from top to bottom) and saving the configuration, i’ve got error in admin page and nothing in front end page.

No, that doesn’t help me much since I never installed the plugin to begin with, so dont know what you are referring too.
