after inserting ticket redirection to page not found

    After submitting the ticket form from the [ticket-form] page there is a redirect www.namesiteweb.com/ticket/subjectform page not found

    Hi Jose

    No problem. Let’s try a quick tip from our developer. He suggests to go to the wp settings page and switch checkboxes for permalinks there – save changes.

    After that, you should switch it back and save changes.

    I hope it will help you. Anyway please let us know about results.
