After importing web to lead form, submission are not populating in Salesforce

Your address field is missing it’s field name.

oid is uncessary.

But without some debug output, I can’t say for sure.

I’m not seeing any errors, but the entry didn’t get added to Salesforce!

To turn on in browser debugging, add a hidden field (enabled) named debug and set the value to 1.

To turn on debugging via email, add a hidden field (enabled) named debugEmail and set the value to [email protected] (your email address).

Actually, still having some trouble. For some reason, when I have two forms pasted in the bottom one works and the top one doesn’t. But when I only have one from on the page it is broken.

That’s on Salesforce’s end. There’s some validation rule that causing the lead to be rejected.

What that is? Couldn’t tell you… as that depends on how your SF account is setup.
