After import, CAPTCHA and Total not Working

  • I did a direct data import from our development site to our production site and had no problems with anything on the site except 2 odd things.

    The CAPTCHA doesn’t show up, and the payment total (Authorize.net) doesn’t total (fill in).

    Have gone back through all the main settings and individual event and payment settings and all are set correctly.

    Any help would be appreciated, I’m not a developer and not sure where to begin to troubleshoot.

    When you go to any of the events, the total doesn’t display, nor the CAPTCHA.

    The Captcha shows up and it totals

    Installed the plugin along with all the others and then imported the database. Everything in the site appears to be working except these two things.

    have reset the setting both general and by event.
    created a new test event from scratch, and it created with the same issues
    so it’s not in the individual event data

    Any thoughts please?
