After getting a Mail from www.remarpro.com all my data got deleted

  • Plz help me out as all my data has been deleted since morning.What can be the reason?

  • The site seems to load for a regular visitor. Could you be more specific about what happened?

    Please confirm which theme you were using?
    A critical vulnerability was reported in a demo importer, which allows someone who is not logged in to wipe the database.
    While unpatched (unfixed) security vulnerabilities can’t be discussed on the forums, this one has been patched.
    If your site has indeed been hacked, you may want to consider restoring Softaculous backups, or getting in touch with your hosting provider. Many hosting providers do automatic backups.

    I received a mail from WordPress in the morning saying your new login id and pasword is this.Thn i checked my website and found that there is no data which i uploaded in the last months.everthing is lost.website is totally empty

    Plz give me some solution…how can i get my data back?

    First www.remarpro.com doesn’t host websites. your site is probably being hosted at wordpress.com. The emails you received indicate that the setup wasn’t completed. Did you have a different site before going to this site one that ended in wordpress.com. You should check with wordpress.com. Changing a password will not delete your post or pages. My guess is you have another site with your information on it floating around somewhere.

    The website you specified works fine for me. Try clearing your browser cache.

    I have replied with two possible solutions, but it was held for moderation.
    The queues get cleared relatively quickly, so keep an eye on the thread.

    If you are using a theme from ThemeGrill — there is a security issue that needs to be attended to.
