after forcing SSL woocommerce css not working on checkout page

Hello, please visit https://vivafoodsdelivery.com/checkout/, you can add product to checkout page by going to shop now page https://vivafoodsdelivery.com/2016/11/19/shop-now/

on checkout page all javascript and css is disabled therefore user is not able to deactivate different shipping address, user can select multiple radio buttons and cant progress even after accepting terms and conditions.

After removing force ssl checkbox, everything works.

please help to solve this issue
