After enrollment user get more than 100 enrollment notification mails

  • Kindly assist. The Learnpress management plugin has been functional on our LMS website (https://employmentacelerator.com) However we noticed after we activated the email settings . When anyone registered for a membership plan which has 8 courses. it sends more than 100 enrollment notification mails to the person. This includes repetition of the course enrollment. Please kindly advice on what to do.

    Hi,

    Please go to LearnPress -> Settings -> Email -> Disable email you don’t want send and be sure you don’t enable option Auto start in the LearnPress -> Settings -> Course.
