    Hi Zach

Are you running a caching plugin, such as W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache? If so, please make sure you have fully flushed the cache after deactivating the plugin.

Can you confirm that it says ‘Activate’ next to the plugin on your plugins page? This means the plugin is definitely deactivated and cannot send data to intercom.io.

    Hi Zach

Can you go to my website at lumpylemon.co.uk and use the contact form there to send me your dev user details? I will then investigate further and see if I can pinpoint the problem for you.
