After Deinstallation Woocommerce Database destroys other Mail Plugins

  • Sorry, I tried the plugin and saw that I can′t work with this. After deinstallation every other mail plugin has predefined settings which are not deleted in the database. So at least I have to install completely new Woocommerce Shop! There maybe some templates affected with this plugin.

    Or what I have to do to delete all the installable files!

    Hello Heinz,

    Our plugin does not affect the site performance or the database, it only customizes WooCommerce email templates. You can delete the unwanted template in the All Emails list of the plugin settings, or deactivate it.

    Our plugin is compatible with WPML, but this feature is available in the premium version only.
    You can regard this tutorial video for a better view of how this function works.
