    Hi doublek611

In the plugin, there is a docs directory with a help file that explains how to show the custom fields in your templates.
Essentially, the custom fields use the WP default ‘custom fields’, so you use the built in get_post_meta() function. Have a look at the docs, it explains it nice and simply.

Let me know if you need anything else, I hope you enjoy the plugin ??

Thank you, I am looking at the plugin section of my dashboard, and can’t seem to see the docs directory, any leads please.

The documentation isn’t available in the WordPress dashboard. You need to open a file browser and go to /wp-content/plugins/betta-boxes-cms/docs/. There you will see an index.html file you can open in your web browser that has all the info you need on showing the fields in the templates.

I’m going to copy and paste the answer I just put in the other thread you started about this:

    1. Download the plugin to your computer
    2. Unzip the plugin
    3. Open the ‘betta-boxes-cms’ directory
    4. Open the ‘docs’ directory
    5. Open the ‘index.html’ file inside your web browser of choice
    6. Read documentation, and marvel at the simplicity and sophistication of solution provided

Thanks, I installed the plugin directly to my host, hence did not initially download it to my laptop.

The keyword of description is “Download it first”

    Thank you again.
