after clicking order button on woocommerce

In woocommerce, after pressing the order button, it needs a little time to process.

I would like to display this effect below just below (or above) the order button.

I would also like to make it appear larger and more prominently.

By default, it appears at the top of the screen and many customers don’t notice it.

So some people click the order button twice sometimes.

How can I achieve this?
