After clicking on “Checkout” the shopping cart is empty

i hope you’re fine. My english is not the best ?? I hope you understand my problem ??My problem:
After the customer has logged into his Amazon account and then clicks on the “Proceed to checkout” button, the customer ends up back in the shop and it is displayed that the shopping cart is empty.
So the forwarding to the checkout with the data transfer from Amazon does not work. The products are simply thrown out of the shopping cart and nothing more happens. The customer can therefore not use the payment method at all.

It really only works if the customer registers with us in the shop beforehand (customer account) or after they have entered their address data manually.
Whats can i do or what did i wrong?
