After click on Courses name it’s only shows the register form! Help

Hi guys, I’m using the free version and I want to say you guys made an awesome plugin, I’m gladly amazed by your awesome work.
Right now I got an issue when you click the name of a course (in course catalog) you got redirected to the course page but only show the register form.
It all happened after I install codesnippets and ACF plugins, but both were deactivated and deleted.Here’s the error_log:
