MY home page is built using Elementor, after using the Autoptimize plugin the home page had some posts and images disapper, althought by inspecting through browser it says the images are there but not visible. I have deleted the plugin yet it stays the same.

You can see the unaffected page :https://www.firstinspire.com/? (with this link by adding a question mark towards the end) and original home page(without question mark) has some issues.

Is there a way to solve this issue? You can see difference using the two links.

If I try and check/edit the Home page using Elementor it throws a 404 error instead.

that is likely a problem with CSS optimization, if ever you want to re-try, disable CSS optimization (or JS opt. if CSS does not do it) to confirm. based on that we can decide what to do next.

that (the link without the question mark) is a page from a page cache, likely at your host. ask them to clear the page cache for you?

I did try to disable everything and then try the plugin several times, it didn’t change anything, that is why I decided to remove the plugin. have been sitting on it for hours. I will ask my Hosting provider and check if he can clear the Page cache. But whenever I try to customize and edit the home page it looks fine, once I publish it, it goes berserk.

I will give CSS Optimization or JS opt a try again.

It did not work, The home page is stuck with the broken old theme. Probably I need to contact my hosting provider.

    Great!

Let me know if you want to tinker with Autopitmize some more, pretty sure we can get it working if we can find the correct configuration ??
