After activating the plugin, the posts are returning blank page

    Hi,

    We installed this on our website and after activating it, the posts are returning blank page.
    Can you please let me know how to fix the issue.

    Hi,

    Thanks for getting in touch and I’m very sorry for the delayed reply (I recently started a new job). Humm that doesn’t sound right, by the posts, do you mean the posts on your site or the IA posts? Is it for all posts or only your new ones? Do you use any caching plugins? And finally could you send me a screenshot of your RSS and General settings tabs from the plugin please? (sorry for all the questions)
