That’s strange! Does it happen with a particular payment gateway? Does the gateway have a failed return URL?

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Can you please temporarily deactivate the WordPress Geo Plugin? I suspect this plugin could conflict with WooCommerce in-built geolocation function.

Ideally, you’d want to run a full conflict test to check for plugin or theme conflicts. For more detailed instructions about conflict testing, check out this – How to test for plugin and theme conflicts.

If that doesn’t help, you could also get in touch with your payment gateway support team and check if they have any additional information on this.
