    After activate Atum plugin then didnot get any payment from strip and also order status is not changed and always showing status payment pending.

    Which version of ATUM and WooCommerce are you using?

    Have you installed any ATUM additional paid addon or trial? If so, we aren’t able to discuss them here. Please open a thread in our public forum.

    Hi ,
    I have used ATUM Inventory Management for WooCommerce version 1.9.33 and WooCommerce version 8.1.1

    No I have not installed any ATUM additional paid addon or trial.

    Ok. Then I would need you to check your PHP error log and tell us if anything is added when trying to pay and it fails.
