After a plugin that will total and send a quote request

Hi All,
After some suggestions here..

My client has asked for a system where the user can add products, and at the end see the totals, and choose to send it to the business owner for a formal quote?
Basically like a shopping cart, but instead of a checkout process at the end, just send the item list to the business owner..

Is there any plugin or ecommerce system that will do this for me?

Had a look but cant find anything.. Thanks!
