After 7.1 Update, Shop Page Disappeared

    My client’s assistant accidentally updated WooCommerce without telling me and after the update, none of the products are showing up on the shop page. It just shows the page title with no products at all. When I click on the categories on the left-hand side, they still load, but the shop page obviously isn’t displaying any products. They are normally displayed with the newest products added. Any idea on how to fix this? Thanks!

    Sorry to hear about this. I understand it is not a normal behavior.

    To help you investigate further, can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status report? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

    Yes the shop page is selected and correct. I had also purged the cache and that didn’t do anything either.

    I guess I’ll just have to restore to a previous version as I have no idea how this happened. Waiting on confirmation from the client before proceeding.
