Would you please click on the loading spinner to trigger a reload of the shortcode. If that doesn’t work, could you check via the browser developer tools console if there is an error that could help to identify the issue.
Or let me know the webpage URL with the issue and I take a peek myself.

The plugin should be in the left column of the sticky footer at: https://www.kopalnia.wroc.pl/

The developer tools show that the left column of the sticky footer is empty. There should at least be a <div> like this (### is the id):

    <div id="owm-weather-id-###-1" class="owm-weather-id" data-id="##" data-weather_id="owm-weather-id-###-1"></div>

Please double-check that the OWM Weather shortcode is still set up for the left footer column.

Ok, looks like your widget OWM Weather Shortcode is not working properly. I moved shortcode to Custom HTML widget and it functions again. Although the Forecast icons set seems to not work correctly anymore – icons lost colors and basically just show cloud icons no matter the weather.
