• After upgrading to 3.8, I have added a number of plugins that should be appearing under Settings. None of them do. When trying to reach the Settings pages with “domain/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=breadcrumb-navxt” (for instance), the page is either blank or returns a “you do not have sufficient permissions” error.

A blank page, FWIW, is a php error.

Are the plugins installed and active? Go to domain/wp-admin/plugins.php and make sure (yeah, I know but checking is a good habit to get into)

    Have you tried switching themes?

You may need to disable all the plugins and turn them on one at a time to rule out any random conflicts.

I’m just building the site, so there are only five active plugin, three of which were added after the upgrade. None of them show up.

In fact, I just noticed that the plugins flyout menu is no longer flying out, either.
