After 3.2, a funky dashboard

Just installed WP3.2 and now my dashboard looks funky where the content areas for things like new post, updates, etc. are pushed way down the page like the window is too small but I’ve got it maximized to 1280px wide.

At the same time some tabs lose the sidebar. It’s not collapsed but completely gone.

I’ve done the following:

– Manual installation
– Switched to the twentyeleven theme
– Deactivated all the plug-ins

My server’s mySQL and PHP aren’t up to the requirements though. The issue doesn’t seem to be related. Anyway, I talked to my hosting service and they’ll be upgrading in the next couple of months.

Is there anyway I can fix this?
