After 3 succesful tweets, not posting anymore

Hi, a few days ago I installed this wonderful plugin, and it worked great. Now today, my post won’t tweet anymore. I have Read, Write and Direct Messages enabled and all the other settings should be fine too, as yesterday this Plugin was still working fine.
What could have gone wrong? My URL is https://blog.vkvvisuals.com/
