After 3.3.0 upgrade: Customize = Freezing

    Hello,
    I just upgraded to 3.3.0.
    When I press customize, a ‘progress’ circle apears, but does not end/finish.
    The page remains like that no matter how long I wait.
    The sites still works but practically you cant customize anything.
    I am using Ubuntu 16.04.1, Apache 2.4.18 and PHP 5.6.

    I restored to 3.2.12.
