After 15 days of a critical bug not being looked at – REFUND!

Hi, I’ve submitted a ticket for a critical bug (https://plusplugins.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/675) where when the admin clicks on a tab of another user, he gets redirected away.
More than 15 days passed since then, without any help from your side.
I would like to request a refund for this purchase.Thank you
