afiled upgrade

Dears. First of all hi to everybody and thank you so much for your efforts to suppertall of us in fixing troubleshootings.
In my case lastanite I was upgrading fron 2.8 to 2.8.1 one of my blogs and…
Something went wrong when the system was upgrading the 2.8 files.
now The blog is not accessible and gives this message:

Fatal error: Class ‘Translations’ not found in /home/mhd-01/www.aniurblog.it/htdocs/wp-includes/l10n.php on line 407

I tryed to upload the 2.8.1 manually but I’m afraid I’ve not done some a great thing.

HowCan I fix the issue? or, better, what might it be?
i can access to the ftp and filemanager, but no longer to the wp-admin (that gives the same message)

hel me please… it’s very important ‘couse it’s a national associazion blog!
