AFG "Add Galleries" …"Insufficient Privileges to add new gallery"

Hello,
I installed this plug-in.
I was able to connect my wordpress flickr but I can not create a new gallery on the button “Add Galleries”, in the plug-in.
My permission are setting 755 and my wordpress version is 3.7.1 .
