Affordable, flexible, easy to use

Our non-profit agency had some unusual needs for its helpdesk software which Support Candy was able to address at a very affordable price without being an overly complicated mess like so many other helpdesk solutions out there are. I already had experience with WordPress so rolling a helpdesk solution with Support Candy was a straightforward process. The few hiccups I experienced along the way were easily resolved through Google searches or asking Support Candy’s support. We’ve been using it for about 6 months now and in that time there have been numerous incremental updates with useful feature additions that we’ve been thankful for.
