Affiliates Went Missing

    Woke up this morning an the majority of my affiliates look like this:

    (inexistent affiliate)

    When I open up their profile there’s no data.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @damianr2013,

    Thank you for reaching out! When you see “(inexistent affiliate)” it means that the user account associated to the affiliate does not exist.

    All affiliates are associated by default with a user from your website. You can view your users in your WordPress admin area > Users > All Users.

    There are certain situations where your users can be missing:
    – your users deleted their accounts
    – you deleted your users’ accounts
    – some other system deleted your users’ accounts
    – user accounts have been migrated and are no longer linked to their affiliate accounts

    Unfortunately, I can’t say what happened to the user accounts on your website. Please know that SliceWP does not delete any user data, so any user updates were made by another system/plugin/person.

    I recommend checking your logs to see what user events have been trigger on your website recently.
